ARQ Realty in conjunction with Cape Fear Coastal Aviation and Turpentine Design is proud to announce the “East Side Development Project.” Nearly two years in the making, this mammoth project spanning approximately 30 acres is aimed at improving support for General Aviation at the Wilmington International Airport.
A brand-new state of the art campus for Cape Fear Coastal Aviation, a Cirrus Training center and flight school. This campus will provide a larger area to conduct flight training, simulator based training, aircraft rentals, aircraft management, and more! Phase 1 will also bring in two T-Hangar’s with 18 individual units for lease. Planned for this phase as well is a self-serve fueling station available to hangar tenants and transient traffic. (Coming 2026)
Three additional hangars consisting of Box Hangars, Executive Hangars, and Executive Plus Hangars. Each of these hangar types will offer more amenities across different price points for private aircraft storage. These hangars will require deposits prior to building.
Modern FBO building situated on the north side of the development which will serve as a terminal for customers and transient traffic. This full-service FBO will house a roof top restaurant and bar, private members only lounge, meeting space, pilot store, pilot lounge complete with racing simulator, and more! Executive and Executive Plus hangar customers will enjoy a complimentary membership with access to the private amenities within the FBO.
